A) Plasmids expressing the heavy and light chain of an antibody were mixed at 6:1, 5:2, 4:3, 3.5:3.5, 4:3, and 2:5 ratios. Cell lysates and mediums from each transfection were collected and separated in SDS-PAGE. Expression of Antibody heavy chain was evaluated by Western Blot.

B) Purified antibody boiled in sample loading buffer in the presence or absence of reducing agent DTT and separated with 4-12% SDS-PAGE followed by Coomassie blue staining.
