A) Human ovarian cancer cell line OVCAR3 were seeded in a 96-well tissue culture plate, 104 cells/well. After treatment with compounds of different concentrations for 48 hours, viability of the cells were evaluated with CellTiter-Glo reagent.

B) HUVEC cells were seeded into a 96-well tissue culture plate in the presence of different concentration of VEGF for 48 hours, CellTiter-Glo reagent.was used to evaluate the growth of HUVEC cells. EC-50 was determined with a version of Prism Graphpad software.
