A) RNA was encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNP) of 6 different formulations. Sizes of LNP was measured with a Zetasizer Nano ZS instrument (Malvern Instruments).

B) RNA-LNP was used to transfect HeLa cells. 6 hours post-transfection, relative expression levels of the target protein was measured.
